Parts Of speech Words are divided into different kinds or classes,called Parts Of speech. The Parts Of Speech are eight in number-    Noun    Pronoun       Adjective          Verb    Adverb      Preposition      Conjunction      Interjection   1- Noun   A noun is a word used as the name of a person,place,animal or thing.
